The struggle is for a new social contract among the peoples of Pakistan’s federating units—both alienated and less alienated. It aims to redefine the contours of a people’s democratic, inclusive, and federal Pakistan. This vision seeks to establish a new popular republic, by and for the dispossessed and disenfranchised.
