Ahmed Ebadullah from SIL Islamabad earns prestigious certificate of excellence from University of London

The certificate, presented to the top three performing students globally in each level of the Undergraduate Laws programme, is a testament to Ahmed’s dedication and academic brilliance.

The award recognises students who achieve a mark of 65 or above in their first attempt at a module examination. Ahmed’s achievement is especially noteworthy, given that the University of London’s Undergraduate Laws programme has a worldwide enrollment of approximately 16,000 students.

Islamabad: Ahmed Ebadullah, a student at the School of International Law (SIL), Islamabad, has been awarded the prestigious Certificate of Excellence by the University of London for his outstanding performance in the subject of Company Law during the 2023/24 academic year. The certificate, presented to the top three performing students globally in each level of the Undergraduate Laws programme, is a testament to Ahmed’s dedication and academic brilliance.

Principal of SIL, Nida Tareen, lauded Ahmed’s accomplishment, saying, “Ahmed Ebadullah’s consistent dedication towards his studies, coupled with his keen interest in critical thinking and research, has led to this remarkable milestone. At SIL, we inspire our students to reach their full potential by encouraging them to explore beyond their syllabus, engage in extracurricular activities such as research skill-building, and apply their classroom knowledge to practical experiences via the SIL Law Clinic. Ahmed, who previously earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from NUST in 2022, shared his gratitude and reflections on his journey, saying, “Joining the SIL family in 2022 has been one of the most rewarding academic experiences of my life. The dynamic and supportive environment at SIL has opened my eyes to the diverse and challenging world of the legal profession, offering vast opportunities for growth and development. I am particularly honored to have received the Certificate of Excellence for my performance in Company Law.
