LAHORE: Late last night, Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi made an unannounced visit to the Police Khidmat centers at Liberty and Mayo Hospital in Lahore.
The Liberty Khidmat Centre, crowded with individuals obtaining their driving licenses, received praise from those present for the streamlined process, attributing improvements to CM Mohsin Naqvi’s personal involvement.
Acknowledging the efficient license-making procedure, the Chief Minister addressed concerns at the Mayo Hospital Khidmat Centre, where individuals undergoing tests expressed dissatisfaction with delays.
Promptly addressing the issue, CM Naqvi instructed immediate actions to rectify the testing process, questioning the incharge about the extended 3 to 4-hour duration. Emphasizing a swift testing system, he directed contact with PITB for enhancements, underscoring the Khidmat Centres’ continuous operation for public convenience.
Responding to complaints about staff shortages at Mayo Hospital, CM Naqvi swiftly ordered an increase in personnel, issuing on-the-spot directives to the CTO for immediate implementation.
