ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has mandated the seizure of assets and the blocking of identity cards for YouTubers Adil Raja, Shaheen Sehbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat S Khan. These individuals have been declared absconders in a case involving incitement and provocation to violence.
The court directed the Deputy Commissioner to confiscate both movable and immovable properties of the absconders. Additionally, the court ordered the Chairman of NADRA to block their identity cards and NICOPs, and the Director General of FIA to block their passports.
A compliance report is required within 15 days, and the court has recorded the prosecution witnesses’ statements against the accused. Judge Tahir Abbas Supra has set a deadline of July 10 for all relevant departments to submit their compliance reports and issue written orders accordingly.
