Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi Pays Tribute To Freedom’s Architects

ISLAMABAD: Reflecting on Pakistan Day, Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control, Mohsin Naqvi, emphasized its significance as a pivotal moment in the nation’s freedom struggle.

Naqvi underscored that March 23, 1940, marked the inception of Pakistan’s quest for independence, acknowledging the sacrifices and perseverance that culminated in the nation’s freedom today.

In his address, Naqvi paid tribute to Quaid-e-Azam and the Muslim League leaders for their pivotal role in shaping the vision of Pakistan, as exemplified by the historic Pakistan Resolution passed under Quaid-e-Azam’s stewardship at Minto Park.

He portrayed March 23 as a day of fortitude and aspiration, acknowledging the arduous journey Pakistan undertook, characterized by trials and sacrifices. He credited Quaid-e-Azam’s resolute leadership for steering the nation towards its cherished goal of a separate homeland.

Highlighting the unity that precipitated Pakistan’s creation, Naqvi emphasized the amalgamation of diverse ethnicities and creeds into a singular national identity, crucial for Pakistan’s miraculous emergence.

Naqvi urged the nation to shoulder its responsibilities, cognizant of the contemporary challenges facing Pakistan, while drawing inspiration from the indomitable spirit of March 23, 1940.

In closing, he urged citizens to emulate the passion, determination, and solidarity of Pakistan’s founding, underscoring the collective endeavor required to propel the nation towards a brighter future.
